| Terms Regarding Use of Clipart All the graphics on this website are intended for use in digitizing purposes. I put hard work, love and time into every single graphic you find in every one of these images. By purchasing them, you will only receive the right to use them for your embroidering and crafting purposes. The copyright remains mine and therefore you agree to my terms, no matter if you have read them or not. You are allowed to use my artwork for digitizing use and you are allowed to sell the finished products and the designs you create from my artwork. However, you are not allowed to sell my graphics in any way, in any form, not on any website, and not on eBay. Please do not change my graphics without prior approval. Sharing of my graphics are strictly prohibited! Please email me with questions at AnArtisticStitch@aol.com IMPORTANT NOTICE! Buyers: Buyers may sell digitized designs on their websites and eBay. No second party buyers are allowed to sell my designs. i.e. Buyers that purchase my clip art directly from my website are entitled to certain rights to sell my designs on they're web sites, and/or eBay. Second party buyers are people who buy already embroidered designs from other people, ie (business's) who have bought clip art from me and digitized them to sell on their website and/or eBay. *Second party buyers are NOT ALLOWED TO SELL my designs unless they have purchased my clip art directly from my website! *My customers are not allowed to sell with the intention of selling to second party buyers. *Anyone selling my designs on their websites, must make it known to their buyers that the work may not be resold as individual embroidery work or embroidery sets. Personal use only.. see exclusions. Exclusion: Embroidery may be re-sold under the exception that it is sewn on clothing, linens, towels, etc. Refund Policy Once you have paid for and received the images they are yours to keep, therefore no refund will be given. Please make sure of what you are buying whether it be clip art images or embroidery before hand. If you have any questions, you may email me. Breaking any of these rules above will result in legal action and you will be further banned from purchasing my art. | By accepting the download of any designs or freebies, you agree to use them for your own personal use. You may use them on items for sale, ie clothing, towels, lines, etc., or personal use. In your shops and at craft shows, but you may not trade, swap, give away, sell on your website, or put them on disk by themselves, or with any other designs, for resale on eBay or any other media. You must request permission to use them in mass production, meaning factory and any large quantity assembly line production. Please refer to my Licencing Terms above.
